The Mynd House Monster is a challenging 20 Mile (33 Kilometres) walk taking in some of the best walking (rugged, steep climbs and descents, exposed) and spectacular scenery, in the South Shropshire hills. With an estimated time of 8 to 10 hours to complete, the challenge is to complete the walk in less than 8 hours.

To help you in the challenge you will be provided with:

• an ordnance survey map and waterproof map case
• a printed copy of the route directions
