For Evening Meals taken at Mynd House we can accommodate groups from 6 to 14 people. Our menu is sent in advance and we request that choices are made before arrival, this enables us to cater for the evening and provide a more efficient service. For groups with younger children we are happy to provide a separate meal earlier so that they may be settled down, enabling you to relax and enjoy your own evening.

Our menu is varied and caters for a range of dietary preferences. As with all aspects of our catering we use fresh locally sourced produce throughout the menu and we try to source produce, wherever possible, from within a 30 mile radius. A sample of menu choices is shown below:

Starters:
Tomato & Basil Soup
Melon Fan Served with Sorbet
Prawn Cocktail
Goats Cheese Bruschetta served on a bed of watercress with a Balsamic dressing
Pate served with wholemeal toast, side salad and Chutney

Main Courses:
Supreme Breast of Chicken served with a Mango, Honey and Apricot sauce
Beef Bourguignonne
Mushroom Bolognaise served with Side Salad and Garlic Bread
Spinach and Ricotta Cheese Canneloni served with Side Salad and Garlic Bread
Pan Fried Salmon fried in a Soy & Honey marinade and served on a bed of creamed cabbage

All meals served with a selection of vegetables

Desserts:
Pears in Red Wine served with Greek Yoghurt or Ice Cream
Lemon Tart
Raspberry Brulee Cheesecake
Selection of Ice Creams from the September Organic Dairy

Optional Extra:

Cheese Board - a selection of 3 local cheeses served with biscuits and grapes £5.50 or £2.00 extra if chosen as an alternative Dessert choice.
